RESOLUTION
Adopting the 2022 Master Fee Schedule.
WHEREAS, the City of Rochester provides a variety of services to the public and it is common
cities to charge fees for licenses, permits, and other services required by the City; and
WHEREAS, the intent of the City of Rochester is to consolidate a master schedule of fees and
charges for various licenses, permits, services, and other charges required by the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent that the Master Fee Schedule, attached as Exhibit A, will be reviewed
by each department at least annually and from time to time in order to determine whether a new
fee should be added, or an existing fee be amended to cover the cost for service processing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that
Master Fee Schedule, as outlined in Exhibit A be formally adopted.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, that the Master
Fee Schedule established by Exhibit A of this Resolution takes precedence over previously
adopted fee schedules established by resolution or ordinance.
