RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after
a hearing duly noticed and held on Jan. 19th, 2022, the following plat of lands in Olmsted
County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, VIOLA HEIGHTS SECOND, according to the plat thereof on file at the
County Recorder’s Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
TO BE KNOWN as “VIOLA HEIGHTS THIRD”, submitted by Coffee Holdings, LLC,
Applicant is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to recording the Final Plat, the applicant must either record an executed
Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement, or make a payment to the City Park
and Recreation Department for the development’s boulevard tree obligation.
2. A revised Final Plat exhibit shall be submitted prior to Final Plat recording which
dedicates a public utility easement near the south property line to the satisfaction
of Rochester Public Utilities – Operations Division.
3. Prior to recordation of the Final Plat, the applicant shall submit all GIS impact and
E911 addressing fees as required by the Olmsted County Planning Department.
