HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 036-22 - Resolution - Final Plat No. CD2022-003PLAT- Esther and Rose 2022 RESOLUTION Approving Final Plat No. CD2022-003PLAT, Esther And Rose 2022, Consolidating Two Existing Lots Into A Single 1.92 Acre Lot. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on Feb. 7, 2022, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 2, Block 2, RADICHEL FIRST REPLAT, in the city of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. And Lot 3, Block 2, RADICHEL FIRST REPLAT, in the city of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council that the aforementioned plat of lands are to be known as “Esther and Rose 2022”, submitted by Peter Damsgaard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council that applicant is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to recording of the Final Plat, a revised Final Plat shall be submitted with the following modifications: a. Revises the plat name, to the satisfaction of the County Planning Department. b. Removes the proposed public drainage and utility easements located on the north end of the proposed Lot 1, Block 1. c. Corrects the word “Olmsted,” which is misspelled in a number of places on the plat. 2. Final plat GIS impact and E911 fees are required prior to Final Plat recording. 3. The applicant’s Boulevard Tree obligation shall be met prior to recording of the Final Plat. 4. The Olmsted County Surveyor will need a final copy of the final plat sent with the appropriate plat checking fee prior to the recording of the Final Plat. 5. A no-rise certificate may be required to ensure no change in the mapped flood elevation prior to grading plan approval. 6. An approved Grading & Drainage Plan is required prior to issuance of any building permits. 7. All existing public utility easements are to remain in place. 8. Development charges/fees applicable to the development of this Property are addressed in the Development Agreement and shall be paid prior to issuance of utility connection permit(s), or at the City’s discretion, within 30 days after invoicing. 9. Development is subject to a Plant Investment Fee (PIF) that is calculated and collected as part of the Building Permit approval process.
