WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 subd. 1 requires jurisdictions to designate polling place by December 31 of each year; and WHEREAS, polling places changes may be made through July 2022 pursuant to Minn. Stat. 204B.175, to account for the many likely changes that will result from redistricting efforts currently being concluded as related to the 2020 Census and its many delays; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City does hereby designate the following locations as polling places in the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for all post-redistricting elections in 2022 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 204B.16: FIRST WARD Precinct 1 -
