RESOLUTION
Authorizing Land Rights Purchases for Trunk Highway 14 Trail Construction,
Project No. J4693.
WHEREAS, The City of Rochester has plans to construct a multi-use path along T.H.14 and
Broadway Ave S from Crossroads Dr SW to 14 St SW; and
WHEREAS, valuations have been performed for the land rights needed on the properties
impacted by this project. Based upon negotiations between the City and the affected
property owners, settlements have been reached with the owners of five impacted parcels,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester
that the City authorize the purchase of land rights from the listed property owners for the
Trunk Highway 14 Trail Construction, Project No. J4693.

Owner: 1201 Broadway Investment, LLC (Chipotle)

Compensation: $2,710.00 (includes $660 for tree damage)

Compensation: $1,200.00

Compensation: $1,700.00
