RESOLUTION
Authorizing Execution of a Minnesota Department of Transportation Grant
Agreement for Airport Improvement Excluding Land Acquisition.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester as follows:
1. That the State of Minnesota Agreement No. 1050517, “Grant Agreement for
Airport Improvement Excluding Land Acquisition,” for State Project No. A5501-
SM024 at the Rochester International Airport is accepted.
2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement and
any amendments on behalf of the City of Rochester.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2022.
