HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 152-22 - Resolution - Barbour Subdivision CD2022-014PLAT RESOLUTION Approving Final Plat No. CD2022-014PLAT, To Be Known Barbour Subdivision, by Marquee Construction, LLC., for the Adjustment of Lot Lines and Combination of Seven Existing Residential Lots, Encompassing 1.28 Acres, Resulting in a Total of Four New Consolidated Lots, Located Between Red Pine Lane SW and Ponderosa Place SW. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on June 20, 2022, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block 1, PINE RIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota; AND Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 3, PINE RIDGE ESTATES FIFTH SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota. TO BE KNOWN as “Barbour Subdivision”, submitted by Marquee Construction, LLC., Applicant, is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to submitting a Final Plat mlyar, the final plat exhibit shall be revised with the following correction for review of the Community Development Department: a. Owners listed on the proposed plat do not reflect the current ownership status on the property; three lots are correctly identified as being owned by Marquee Construction, each of the four other lots are in joint ownership or jointly owned by married persons, not single persons. The signature block for each of the four properties in joint ownership shall be updated to include both persons owning said property. 2. Prior to recording the Final Plat, applicants must either record an executed Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement, or make a payment to the City Park and Recreation Department for the Ponderosa Drive SW Boulevard Tree obligation for installation of seven trees.
