Prior to recording, the final plat mylar must show and label 20' Water Main Utility Easements (WMUE) covering the existing public water mains and fire hydrants within the final plat boundary, to the satisfaction of RPU-Water. 2. Prior to recording, the final plat mylar must show a 10' utility easement behind the 9th St SE and 3rd Ave SE property lines, to the satisfaction of RPU-Operations.
