RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the recommended
actions be approved on the following licenses and permits, subject to submission of all required
information and full approvals by referral departments.
SEWER AND DRAIN LICENSE
Recommended Action: Approve granting the following Sewer and Drain Licenses, subject to all
terms and conditions of Rochester Code of Ordinances Chapter 12-2, for a period expiring Dec.
31, 2022.
