RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Comprehensive
Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common Council, be
amended in the following respects:
Delete Section L, “Residential Permit Parking,” Zone 4, “Meadow Park,” and its Paragraphs:
Meadow Park 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, School Days Only
1. 13 1/2 St from 9th Ave to 11th Ave SE.
3. 10th Ave SE, from 13 1/2 St to the cul-de-sac of the 1500 block.
4. 9th Ave SE from 13 1/2 St to 15th St.
5. 13 1/2 St SE from 8th Ave to 11th Ave.
6. 9th Ave SE from 15th St to 16th St.
7. 8 1/2 Ave SE from 13 1/2 St 15th St SE to 16th St.
8. 13th St SE, from 8th Ave to 11th Ave, both sides.
9. 10th Ave SE, from 12th St to 13th St, both sides.
10. 16th St SE from 8th Ave to 11th Ave, on the north side.
11. 9th Ave SE, on both sides, from 16th St to 16 1/2 St.
12. 9th Ave S.E., from 12th St to 13th St.
13. 8th Ave SE, on both sides, from 12th St to 13th St.
14. 8th Ave SE, on both sides, from 13th St to 16th St. 15th St SE
15. 15th St SE, from 8th Ave to 10th Ave, on both sides.
