Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 297-22 - Resolution - 2023 Designation of Polling Locations RESOLUTION Designating Polling Places for Elections in 2023. WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 subd. 1 requires jurisdictions to designate polling place by December 31 of each year; and WHEREAS, no elections are currently scheduled for 2023; and WHEREAS, polling place changes may be made through July 2023 pursuant to Minn. Stat. 204B.175, to account for the potential need for a special election to arise and that locations may need to be adjusted depending on current needs and obstacles of the moment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City does hereby designate the following locations as polling places in the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for
