RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City apply for
and enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for funds to
be used to conduct new Transit Development Plans (TDPs).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City prepare a Request for Proposals from
planning firms willing to conduct the City's Transit Development Plan.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the application, the grant
agreement when approved, any amendments thereto, and any other documents needed to
implement this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 21st DAY OF 1ANUARY 2015.
