RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute Contract Amendment #008 in the amount of $164,546 with TSP Architects for
architectural and engineering services for the Mayo Civic Center — Convention Center Expansion
Project, #3541.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the amendment on behalf of the City.
