• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following improvement(s): J4686 2015 Construct
Pedestrian Ramps in Various Locations quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
1. Legends Concrete Inc. $72,000.00
2. Komit Concrete $75,300.00
3. Doyle Conner Co. $75,870.00; and,
bidder.
WHEREAS, it appears that Legends Concrete Inc. of Minnesota is the lowest responsive and responsible
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
(1) That the bid of $72,000.00 is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the standard City contract for construction with Legends Concrete Inc of Minnesota in the name
of the City of Rochester for the following local improvement(s): J4686 2015 Construct Pedestrian Ramps in
Various Locations according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the Common Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
(2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been executed.
• All contracts shall be executed by the bidder within ten days after the contract is ready for his signature, and if
not executed by him in said time, he shall be deemed to have abandoned the same.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 6th DAY OF APRIL , 201 5.
