RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to receive public input and recommendations concerning the
assessment of unpaid special charges for weed removal, snow removal, debris removal, tree
removal, impound towing, secure property, and sidewalk repair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester that a public hearing be established for March 18, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., in the
Board/Council Chambers of the Government Center for the purpose of considering the
assessment of unpaid special charges for weed removal, snow removal, debris removal, tree
removal, impound towing, secure property, and sidewalk repair.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to publish notice of the public
hearing established herein by publication of this notice at least ten days prior to the hearing.
