BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #2 with Elcor Construction for Project 6202-3-09 (J7265),
"Reconstruction of 2"d Street S.W., from 6th Ave. to 11th Ave. S.W.," in the amount of $3,012.76.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
