BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Brian J. and Stacy L. Velsoke for land generally
described as the south half of Lot 32, Oak Hills, in the City of Rochester, Olmsted County,
Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
