RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a labor agreement with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local #520 to govern the
terms. and conditions of employment for employees of the City represented by said exclusive
bargaining unit for the years 2012 and 2013.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City.
