RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a lease agreement with Diamond Automotive to allow for the continued rental of
the property and commercial building located at 3800 West River Parkway N.W., once the
tenant has executed the lease agreement.
The.Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
