HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 046a-14 • ORDINANCE NO. 4145 AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ENACTING CHAPTER 125B OF THE ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 125A OF THE ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES. The following is a summary of the amendment to the Alcoholic Beverages ordinance as adopted by the Rochester Common Council on February 3, 2014, and is published pursuant to Section 6.07 of the Rochester Home Rule Charter and Section 331A.01, subd. 10 of the Minnesota Statutes. The Rochester Common Council approved the publication of this ordinance summary at its February 19, 2014, meeting. A copy of this ordinance is on file at the Office of the City Clerk, 201 Fourth Street S.E., Room 135, Rochester, MN, and at the Rochester Public Library, 101 Second Street S.E., Rochester, MN.
