RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Maine Street Investors of Rochester, LLP, a Minnesota limited liability partnership,
owner and mortgagor, Maine Street Development Company of Rochester, LLC, a Minnesota
limited liability company, owner and mortgagor, and Home Federal Savings Bank, a federally
chartered stock savings bank organized under the laws of the United States, mortgagee has
shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all
conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable
laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IfRESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on March 3, 2014, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:

Lot 2, Block 1, CANAL PLACE THIRD, according to the plat thereof on file at the County
• Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tract contains 6.59 acres more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS, CANAL PLACE FIFTH, submitted by Maine Street Investors of Rochester,.
LLP, a Minnesota limited liability partnership, owner and mortgagor, Maine Street Development
Company of Rochester, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, owner and mortgagor, and
Home Federal Savings Bank, a federally chartered stock savings bank organized under the
laws of the United States, mortgagee, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or
interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
