HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 143-14 • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City adopt a policy requiring the use and submittal of the 2014 Permanent Storm Water Management Plan Checklist, the 2014 Subdivision and Non-Residential Lot Grading Plan Checklist, and the 2014 Single Residential Lot Grading Checklist to assist the development community and to summarize the storm water, drainage, grading, and erosion control requirements contained in City Standards and Ordinances, and required by State and Federal Laws.
