RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
That the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for sealed
bids for City Project No. M13-43, J7805, Public Infrastructure to Support Fire Station #2 in
accordance with the specifications on file in the City Clerk's Office. Such proposals, which
must be on a form of proposal prepared by the City will be received by the City Clerk until:
May 14, 2014 at 11:00 am, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Nall by
the City Clerk, and two designated City Officials. The proposals will then be tabulated and
presented for consideration by the Common Council at the next appropriate meeting.
The plans, specifications and proposal forms are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, on this
21st day of April, 2014.
