RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute an amendment to the City of Rochester Employee Medical Benefit Plan to
comply with federal law's required removal of pre-existing conditions and state law's required
inclusion of coverage for autism spectrum disorders.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this amendment shall be effective January 1, 2014.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this amendment on behalf of the
City.
