BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Lampurst, LLC for part of Lot 4, Block 1, Fred Schuster
Industrial Park, Olmsted County, Minnesota (associated with SDP 11132014-014).
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
