RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Neil Alexander, an individual, owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City
of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed
upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on May 19, 2014, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of Lots 1 and 2, REPLAT OF OUTLOT 1AND BLOCK 1 OF REPLAT OF
BIELENBERG AND GIESE FOURTH ADDITION;and part of Lots 15, 16 and 17, Block 1,
and part of Lot 14, Block 2, THOMAS FIRST ADDITION; and part of vacated 11th Avenue
NW and vacated 16th Avenue NW; all being within Rochester, Minnesota, and described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 1, REPLAT OF OUTLOT 1AND BLOCK 1OF
REPLAT OF BIELENBERG AND GIESE FOURTH ADDITION ;thence South 89
degrees 52 minutes 58 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the south line of said Lot 1,
a distance of 100.71 feet to a point distant 165.10 feet westerly of the southeast corner of
said Lot 1;thence North 01 degree 07 minutes 04 seconds East, parallel with the east line
• of said Lot 1, a distance of 135.00 feet;thence South 89 degrees
52 minutes 58 seconds East, parallel with the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of

distant 6.53 feet southeasterly of Right of Way Boundary Corner 84;thence northerly
101.00 feet along a nontangential curve, concave easterly, central angle of 11 degrees 44
minutes 25 seconds, radius of 492.91 feet, and the chord of said curve bears North 05
degrees 29 minutes 38 seconds West, 100.82 feet; thence North 00 degrees 22 minutes
35 seconds East, tangent to said curve, 37.17 feet;thence North 63 degrees 09 minutes 02
seconds West, 69.39 feet;thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 12 seconds West,
19.16 feet;thence westerly 65.43 feet along a nontangential curve, concave southerly,

southerly 89.19 feet along a nontangential curve, concave easterly, central angle of 20 degrees
01 minute 07 seconds, radius of 255.28 feet, and the chord of said curve bears South 17
degrees 21 minutes 17 seconds West, 88.74 feet; thence South 06 degrees 06 minutes 21
seconds West, not tangent to said curve,463.59 feet;thence South 01 degree 37 minutes 54
seconds West, 211.33 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 4.85 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS, B AND G HOLDING SUBDIVISION BY NEIL ALEXANDER, submitted by
the County of Olmsted, a Minnesota Municipal Corporation, owner, and is hereby approved and
all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby
accepted.
