RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City apply for
and accept a FY 2014 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Rochester will act as fiscal agent for this
grant.
The Mayor, City Clerk and Police Chief are authorized and directed to sign the
application, the grant agreement when approved, any memoranda of understandings with
Olmsted County specifying the amount of the funds that are to be distributed to each of the units
of local government, and any other documents needed to implement this resolution.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 2nd DAY OF JUNE 2014,
