RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Arcon Development, Inc., .a Minnesota corporation has shown to the satisfaction of
the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval
imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on June 2, 2014, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lots 1 through 25, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 27, Block 2, all in HART FARM SOUTH
FOURTH, Rochester, Minnesota.
Also:
All of Outlot D and that part of Lot 5, Block 11, HART FARM SOUTH lying easterly of HART
FARM SOUTH FOURTH, Rochester, Minnesota.
Containing in all, 10.70 acres, more or less.

TO BE KNOWN AS, HART FARM SOUTH SIXTH BY ARCON DEVELOPMENT, INC.,
submitted by Arcon Development, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and mortgagor, and is
• hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on
said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 2nd DAY OF JUNE ,2014.
