RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City accept
and approve a Settlement Agreement with Hersh Hoaglan and Sally Book regarding the City's
desire to obtain land in the area of the relocated Fire Station No. 2 in the Viola Road/East Circle
Drive area.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rochester.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, PMINNESOTA, THIS 7Tu DAY OF JULY 2014,
