RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Alvin E. Benike, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation has shown to the satisfaction of the
City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed
upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on July 7, 2014, the following plat of lands
in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot E and the West 24.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 4, all in THE GARDENS NORTH
DEVELOPMENT, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's office, Olmsted
County, Minnesota; AND the North 39.85 feet of the West 154.00 feet of Outlot G, THE
GARDENS, according to the plat thereof on file at said County Recorder's office.
Said tract contains 0.28 acres, more or less.

TO BE KNOWN AS, The Gardens North Development Fourth, submitted by Alvin E. Benike,
Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all
dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 7th DAY OF JULY 2014.
