RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Woodland Park, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation, owner, has shown
to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all
conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit(Final Plat) and all applicable
laws and ordinanoes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota,that after a hearing duly noticed and held on August 4, 2014, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lot 1, Block 11, PRAIRIE CROSSING, in the City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota;
ALSO:
That part of Outlot'H',PRAIRIE CROSSING, in the City of Rochester, Olmsted County,
Minnesota,described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 11, in said PRAIRIE CROSSING; thence
North 56007127"West, assumed bearing, along the easterly line of said Outlgt 'H1 74.80 feet;
• thence South 43039124"West, 233.97 feet; thence South 00000100" East, 383.60 feet; thence
easterly 51.53 feet along a nontangential curve, concave southerly, central angle of 09050132",
radius of 300.00 feet, and the chord of said curve bears North 85004144"East, 51.47 feet;
thence North 90000100" East, tangent to said curve, 22.43 feet to the southwest corner of said
Lot 1; thence North 00000100"West, along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of 349.66
feet; thence North 43039 124" East, along said westline, 217.15 feet to the point of beginning.
TO BE KNOWN AS, SAVANNAH HEIGHTS, submitted by Woodland Park, LLC, a Minnesota
Limited Liability Corporation, owner, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or
interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
