HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 349-14 • 349-14 D15 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on July 7, 2014, the Common Council of the City of Rochester adopted Resolution No. 282-14 approving the final plat for Stonehedge Townhomes Fifth Subdivision CIC 356; and, WHEREAS, the applicant requests the name of the plat be changed to Stonehedge Townhomes Fourth Subdivision CIC 291 First Supplemental; and, WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department has not objected to the applicant's request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that Resolution No. 282-14 be amended so that the name of the plat be changed to Stonehedge Townhomes Fourth Subdivision CIC 291 First Supplemental. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remainder of Resolution No. 282-14 be reaffirmed and remain in effect. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the corresponding City-Owner Contract and Supplemental Development Agreement for this subdivision be amended to reflect the change in the name of the plat. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the amended City-Owner Contract and amended Supplemental Development Agreement on behalf of the City. • • 349-14 D15 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 18th DAY OF AUGUST 2014.
