RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an amendment to a professional services agreement with TSP, Inc., in the amount of
$66,000 to design the upgrades to the existing Mayo Civic Center kitchen for future use as a
catering kitchen.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this amendment on
behalf of the City.
