RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
the Fourth Supplemental Amendment to Development.Agreement for Hart Farm South (A-
1212242), for property described as Lots 1 through 25, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 27, Block
2, all in HART FARM SOUTH FOURTH, Olmsted County, Minnesota, AND Outlot 'D', and that
part of Lot 5, Block 11, HART FARM SOUTH, lying easterly of HART FARM SOUTH FOURTH
Olmsted County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that those remaining future years obligations related to
Resolution No. 396-13 are hereby removed.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this amendment on
behalf of the City.
