RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a Utility Connection Agreement with Trustees David and Barbara Frogner, for sewer and
water to serve Lot 2, Block 1, Faulconers Subdivision —City Project J-7810.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 15th ,..._ DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 2014.
