RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #5 with Elcor Construction in the amount of $116,480.00 for Project
#620-2-06, J2208.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 6th DAY OF OCTOBER 2014.
