RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a lease for 5,071 rentable square feet on the third floor of the Minnesota
BioBusiness Center. The tenant will consist of one or more of the following: Rochester Area
Economic Development, Inc ("RAEDI"); Mayo Clinic; and Mayo Center for Regenerative
Medicine.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to a determination by the City
Administrator and the City Attorney that the lease terms and provisions are in acceptable form,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval of funding from the
Economic Development Fund for the fit up expenses by RAEDI and the City, and approval
following a business subsidy hearing if one is required.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
