RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Maine Street Development of Rochester, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation
has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied
with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all
applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 3, 2014, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, CANAL PLACE FOURTH, according to the plat thereof on file at the County
Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota, together with that part of Lot 1,
Block 1, of said Canal Place Fourth described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said.Lot 1; thence easterly on a Minnesota
State Plane Grid Azimuth from North of 89 degrees 19 minutes 47 seconds along the
south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 324.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue easterly 89 degrees 19 minutes 47 seconds azimuth along said south line
54.90 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence northwesterly
• 38.09 feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 on a nontangential curve, concave
southwesterly, having a radius of 904.92, a central angle of 02 degrees 24 minutes
42 seconds and a chord azimuth of 321 degrees 29 minutes 15 seconds; thence
southwesterly 225 degrees 41 minutes 17 seconds azimuth 43.58 feet to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPT that part of said Lot 2 described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence easterly on a Minnesota State
Plane Grid Azimuth from North of 89 degrees 19 minutes 47 seconds along the north
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 324.25 feet; thence southwesterly 225
degrees 41 minutes 17 seconds azimuth 33.91 feet; thence westerly 270 degrees 08
minutes 44 seconds azimuth 299.74 feet to the west line of said Lot 2; thence northerly
359 degrees 19 minutes 47 seconds azimuth along said west line 19.13 feet to the
point of beginning.
AND
Lot 2, Block 1, MAINE STREET DEVELOPMENT SECOND, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tracts contains 5.88 acres more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS, CANAL PLACE SIXTH BY MAINE STREET DEVELOPMENT OF
ROCHESTER, submitted by Maine Street of Rochester, a Minnesota Limited Liability
Corporation, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or
• interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
