RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, JH Willow, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation has shown to the
satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of
approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit(Final Plat) and all applicable laws and
ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota,that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 3, 2014, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, WILLOW CREEK PLAZA, according to the plat thereof, on file and of
record in the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
TO BE KNOWN AS, WILLOW CREEK PLAZA SECOND BY JH WILLOW, LLC, submitted by
JH Willow, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby
approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said
plat are hereby accepted.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 3rd DAY OF NOVEMBER
