RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with Alliant Engineering, Inc., in the amount not to
exceed $58,820 for Traffic Signal Timing and Optimization for Broadway Corridor, J6017 : 2013.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
