RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, G.P. Development, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner, has shown to the
satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of
approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and
ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on September 16, 2013, the following plat
of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
(See Attached Description)
. TO BE KNOWN AS FIELDSTONE THIRD SUBDIVISION, submitted by G.P. Development,
Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner, are hereby approved and all dedications of land or
interests in land for public purposes as shown. on said plat are hereby accepted
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,

Beginning at the southwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 72; thence North 01 degree 21 minutes 17 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the west line of said Northwest Quarter, 408.51 feet to the south
line of FIELDSTONE SECOND, according to the recorded plot thereof (the next seven courses are along said south line); thence North 88 degrees 38 minutes 55 seconds East, 162.11 feet; thence North 47 degrees 10 minutes

the westerly line of said FIELDSTONE); thence South 01 degree 13 minutes 30 seconds East. 216.96 feet; thence easterly.42.03 feet along.a nontongential curve, concave southerly, central angle of 05 degrees 07 minutes 27
seconds, radius of 470.00 feet, and the chord of sold curve bean South 86 degrees 41 minutes 21 seconds East, 42.02 feet; thence South 01 degree 13 minutes 30 seconds East, 143.11 feet to the south line of the
