BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City -Owner Contract with Majestic Homes, Inc., (Owner), Elcor Construction, Inc., (Contractor),
and McGhie & Betts, a division of WSB & Associates, Inc., (Engineer) for Project J5374, "Public -
Improvements to Serve Morris Hills North Second & Morris Hills Third Subdivisions."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
