HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 581A-13• RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Wright Homes, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and mortgagor, and Olmsted National Bank, a federally chartered bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States, mortgagee, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 18, 2013, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 1, together with Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 2, CRIMSON RIDGE SECOND SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Said tract contains 2.22 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS CRIMINSON RIDGE THIRD SUBDIVISION, submitted by Wright Homes, • Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and mortgagor, and Olmsted National Bank, a federally chartered bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States, mortgagee, are hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted. • PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNEr ATTEST APPROVED THIS 19r,4 DAY OF ,(IQt>EliYl3 , 2013 . , 0�� � � % MAYOR OF SAID CITY (SEAL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA)
