RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional audit services agreement with Smith Schafer and Associates for the
preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and single audit services for
the City activities (non-RPU) during the next five fiscal year periods in an amount not to exceed
$338,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City affirm Rochester Public Utility's decision to
retain Baker Tilly for utility audit services during the next five years.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Smith Schafer and
Associates agreement on behalf of the City.
