RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a labor agreement with the Engineering Technician's Associations to govern the terms and
conditions of employment for City employees represented by said exclusive bargaining unit for
the year 2012.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City.
