R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota,
that the action of Ardell F. Brede, Mayor of the City of Rochester, and Dale
R. Martinson, Treasurer of the City of Rochester, in authorizing the US Bank
of Rochester, the Wells Fargo Bank of Rochester, and all designated
depositories authorized to do business in Minnesota, to honor checks, drafts
or other orders for the payment of money drawn on public funds of the City of
Rochester on deposit with any of the said banks, when such checks, drafts, or
other orders for payment of money bear their facsimile signatures, is hereby
approved.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, this 18th day of January, 2012 .
