• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City accepts
and approves the Five Year Construction Plan for the Mayo Foundation properties within the
Medical Institutional Campus Special District as it is consistent with the Mayo Medical Master
Plan as adopted in accordance with Ordinance #2726-Medical Institutional Campus Special
District. The Five Year Plan update consists of a document entitled "Five Year Plan Update,
Medical Institutional Campus Special District, Mayo Support Campus Special District, dated
December 15, 2011."
