MAYOR OF SAID CITY (Seal of the City of Rochester, Minnesota) Rest MAdopt.PersPolicy.RespTime CITY OF ROCHESTER ORGANIZATIONAL POLICY • RESPONSE TIME OR RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT In order to provide timely services, City department heads may designate an area residency re- quirement or a response time requirement based on job-related necessity for certain positions within their department. The designated requirement will be stated in position descriptions or will be formally communicated to affected employees by the department head or their designee. Applicants shall be made aware of the applicable area or response time requirements during the recruitment process. Employees are required to notify their respective supervisor prior to a residential change of ad- dress to ensure compliance with departmental procedures or job description requirements. 7/5/06 Revised 2/2012
