RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that, for the benefit of all Exempt/Non-Contract Meet and Confer Group city employees for 2012, the City authorize: 1. A one percent base wage increase for 2012 effective January 12, 2012 with a corresponding adjustment to the ranges. 2. A merit range of 0 - 2% or the appropriate step pay program for those below midpoint. 3. Continuation of the Health Care Savings Program as previously agreed upon. 4. Any other benefits enjoyed by exempt contract employees through the RPEA agreement if a non-supervisory employee or the RSA agreement if a supervisory employee or through application of City policy & benefits. • 5.
