RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Rochester Professional Employees
Association to govern the terms and conditions of employment for employees of the City
represented by said exclusive bargaining unit for the year 2012.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Agreement on
behalf of the City.
